VaidyaSathi is an online doctor appointment booking platform that enables patients to discover healthcare professionals and book appointments. VaidyaSathi does not provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency healthcare services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• The information provided by you is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Appointment Booking

• Appointments are subject to the doctor's availability.
• Booking confirmation is generated after successful payment of the applicable platform fee (if any).
• The doctor or clinic may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Patients are advised to arrive before the scheduled appointment time.

5. Platform Fee

VaidyaSathi may charge a non-refundable platform convenience fee for booking appointments.

This fee is collected only for providing appointment booking and platform-related services. It is separate from the doctor's consultation fee.

Doctor consultation fees, diagnostic charges, medicines, hospital charges, or any other medical expenses are paid directly to the respective healthcare provider unless otherwise specified.

6. Doctor Information

Doctor profiles, qualifications, specialties, timings, and clinic information are provided by the respective doctors or healthcare providers.

While VaidyaSathi makes reasonable efforts to verify information, we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or continued validity.

7. Medical Disclaimer

VaidyaSathi does not practice medicine.

The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, or emergency medical assistance.

Always consult a qualified medical professional for healthcare decisions.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use another person's identity.
• Upload unlawful or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Disrupt the security or operation of the Platform.

9. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

13. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

14. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party payment gateways, SMS providers, email services, maps, or other external services. VaidyaSathi is not responsible for the policies or performance of such third-party providers.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform and become effective upon publication.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Platform.
