2. Website Design & Technical Maintenance

The VaidyaSathi website has been professionally designed, developed, and is technically maintained by INBro LLP. INBro LLP is responsible for:

• Website Design & Software Development
• User Interface (UI) Development & User Experience (UX) Design
• Database Architecture & System Integration
• Security Implementation & Performance Optimization
• Bug Fixes, Technical Maintenance, & Platform Updates

This technical role does not grant INBro LLP ownership of patient data, doctor data, or any information submitted by users through the Platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Permitted Use

Users may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes related to booking healthcare appointments. You may not acquire any ownership rights in the Platform or its intellectual property by using it.

4. Prohibited Activities

Without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where permitted by law.
• Sell, rent, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
• Use automated tools to copy or extract Platform content.
• Copy the website's design, UI, database structure, or software for another project.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform. By submitting content, users grant VaidyaSathi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for providing and improving Platform services, subject to applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

Certain materials displayed on the Platform may belong to third parties, including doctor profile photographs, hospital or clinic logos, government registration information, embedded maps, and payment gateway interfaces. Such content remains the property of its respective owners.
